Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the et777 platform, including all products, services, features and content made available at et777.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by et777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or accessing any part of the Platform, you ("you", "the User", "the Player") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on et777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws applicable to you personally. The Platform is strictly for adults only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or similar restriction whether imposed by the Operator or any recognised responsible gambling scheme.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended or had an Account terminated by the Operator for any breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment instruments or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have notified the Operator of a security compromise without undue delay.

• Notify et777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do not use another person's Account without their knowledge and consent — doing so is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable processing times, and any associated fees are set out in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Funds must be deposited from a payment instrument that is owned and controlled solely by you. The Operator does not accept deposits from third parties. References to local payment channels (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are provided for user familiarity only. The Operator does not represent that any particular payment method is available at any given time, and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation with those institutions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment instrument used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible ("same-instrument policy"). The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus funds must be met before Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• Any transaction fees levied by the payment provider are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise stated.
• The Operator may impose withdrawal limits and processing windows as detailed in the Cashier section.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are accepted where available; conversion rates and applicable network fees apply.

From time to time, et777 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, reload offers, cashback promotions or other incentive programmes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the Operator expressly permits concurrent bonuses for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures through low-risk or no-risk betting strategies (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage or bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, Account restriction or closure.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus funds and Real Money funds are tracked separately. Real Money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities in Pakistan are eligible for available promotions subject to the eligibility conditions in Clause 3, provided no other geographic restriction applies to the specific promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, esports, etc.). Those product rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General provisions applicable across all betting and gaming products:

• A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a confirmation reference. Bets accepted in error (e.g., due to manifestly incorrect odds or pricing errors) may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• The Operator's settlement decision for any event is final, subject to the appeals procedure described in the relevant product rules.
• Live / in-play markets may be suspended or voided if data integrity cannot be maintained during an event (e.g., loss of live data feed, event abandonment, weather interruption).
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series — settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. et777 has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, the ICC or any cricket team.
• The Operator is not liable for losses arising from system outages, network disruptions, or technical errors beyond its reasonable control, provided that all confirmed bets at the time of any outage are honoured.
• Maximum win limits per event or per day may apply and are published in the relevant product rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on et777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account (duplicate or multiple accounts).
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, using third-party software, bots, automated betting tools or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from known or suspected bugs must be reported and will be considered void.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Any conduct that the Operator reasonably believes is intended to defraud the Platform or other players.

Breach of any prohibition in this Clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

The Operator is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we apply Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as required by applicable regulatory frameworks.

We may request the following documentation from you at any time, including before processing a withdrawal or when triggered by specific transaction thresholds:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, Passport, Driver's Licence).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a scan of the front of the card used, with middle digits obscured).
• Source of funds documentation where large deposits or cumulative activity triggers AML review thresholds.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal processing or Account restriction until verification is completed. The Operator is not liable for delays in processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.

All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

et777 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to generate income or to address financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered users at all times within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss Limits — Caps on the total amount a User may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Alerts and cut-offs based on active session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary voluntary restriction of Account access.
• Self-Exclusion — A longer-term voluntary restriction, available on request through the support team, which prevents Account access for a specified minimum period.

Reductions to responsible gambling limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits may be subject to a minimum reflection period before taking effect.

Players who are 18 years of age or older, or of such higher minimum age as applicable, may use the Platform. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict gambling. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

The et777 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

The Operator shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise — for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute a specific commitment or guarantee.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, delays or failures beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events or third-party system outages.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to void or withhold any pending bets or withdrawals, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority or court order.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Safeguarding concerns where the Operator believes continued access poses harm to the Player.

Where an Account is closed without a breach by the User, any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User via the original payment method where technically possible. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from Bonus funds are not returnable upon closure for breach.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and pending transaction settlements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable.

In the event of a dispute between you and the Operator, you are encouraged to contact the et777 support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a structured escalation process as described in the support documentation available on the Platform. Formal legal proceedings remain available as a last resort in accordance with the governing law stated above.

Important note for players in Pakistan: These Terms do not constitute legal advice. The legal status of your participation in online gambling under the laws of Pakistan (including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977) is a matter for you to determine independently, ideally with the assistance of a qualified legal professional. The Operator makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of your participation from any specific territory.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform (e.g., by posting a prominent notice on the homepage or sending a notification to your registered email address) prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date the current version of these Terms came into force. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
